Job Title: Children's Residential Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Care Worker to join our team at Cambian Complex. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the care team and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, promoting a sense of community and belonging among residents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the quality of care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • 12 months experience in a children's residential care worker role.
  • Desirable qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.59-£12.23 (dependent on experience/qualifications).
  • A sleep-in rate of £30.00.
  • Overtime rate of 1.25 x hourly rate.
  • Gross annual pay based on full-time hours + 10 sleep-ins: £27,332-£28,663 (dependent on experience/qualifications).
