About the Position
You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to help them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet, as well as supporting clients with their medication and other daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
As a Personal Care Assistant Professional, you will be responsible for helping clients with their daily living tasks, including shopping, meal preparation, and household chores. You will also assist with physical activities, such as walking and transferring clients, and provide emotional support and companionship to our clients.
Essential Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to be caring, patient, and understanding. You should have good communication skills and be able to work independently as part of a close-knit team. We don't require any specific qualifications or experience, just a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
Our Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £13.80 per hour, which includes enhancements for weekdays and weekends. You will also receive a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
