About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Teddies Loughton Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging activities to promote children's development and learning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure the safety, welfare, and protection of children at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the diverse needs of our children.
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator.
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
