About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development and learning.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Promote and ensure the welfare, protection, health, and safety of children, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
  4. Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve this goal.
Requirements
  1. Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  2. Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally in a leadership or educational role.
  3. Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and relevant legislation.
  4. Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
