The Role: Early Years Practitioner - Part-Time
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team at our Loughton nursery. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years old.
Responsibilities- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development across all areas of learning.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel valued and respected.
- Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a consistent and high standard of care.
- Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience working in an early years setting.
- A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
