Undergraduate Education Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager with a specialist medical education background to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality undergraduate education services within a multi-site trust.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of professional teaching activities for medical students from Imperial College School of Medicine and medical and PA students from Brunel Medical School.
- Provide specialist knowledge and advice on undergraduate medical education matters for all medical and PA students and undergraduate and PA lead clinicians in the Trust.
- Ensure excellent and effective communications involving a range of professionals and organisations to ensure that education objectives and strategies are fulfilled.
- Support the development and management of undergraduate education with guidance from the Director of Clinical Studies and Director of Undergraduate Education.

Person Specification- Essential:
- Degree or equivalent management experience
- Good English and numerical abilities
- Desirable:
- Relevant postgraduate qualification
- Completion of project management skills course, PRINCE 2
- Ability to communicate with staff at all levels involving complex information
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to absorb and assimilate complex issues
- Ability to analyse complex information
- Ability to deal sensitively with staff
- Ability to manage administrative staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
