About the Role:

As a Registered Manager at Hennessy Living Group Ltd, you will oversee the daily life of our young residents, ensuring a secure, safe, and motivated environment.

We cater to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities. Your aim will be to create Outstanding outcomes for our young people in care.

  1. Salary: Competitive base salary range of £42,000 to £48,000
  2. Bonuses: Annual Partnership Share Scheme and Annual Bonus
  3. Training: A comprehensive 2-week induction with our partner training provider and in-house certified instructors, plus full 6-month supported induction.
  4. Holiday: You will receive 32 days of holiday, with your Birthday off each year and an additional day to cover this.

Key Requirements:
