Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to provide support to our teaching staff and students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with children of varying ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to students
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation
  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a related field
  • Strong understanding of child development and learning theories
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
