About the Role
Our stores are the heartbeat of our business, and we're looking for a talented Assistant Store Manager to lead our team in Edinburgh.
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in achieving our standards, leading by example and inspiring their teams through their passion and belief in our brands.
- Drive sales, profit, and minimize losses while creating an exceptional customer experience and maintaining a visually distinctive and impeccably maintained store.
- Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaboration with the store management team.
- Partner with store management to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards.
- Focus staff on the importance of quality relationships with customers and provide a great customer journey.
- Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance and staff service levels.
- Communicate with the Store Manager on sales drivers and discuss issues/priorities.
- Analyze store-level reports and create action plans to improve results.
- Participate in weekly management meetings to drive business growth.
- Clearly communicate sales goals and other key performance expectations.
- Deliver exemplary mystery shop results.
About You
- You have a proven track record in supervisory roles within a premium or luxury brand and connect with consumers.
- You have previous people management experience and act with purpose to resolve conflicts.
