Assistant Store Manager Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Leith. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring highest standard of customer service
  • Achieving targets
  • Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising
  • Maximising sales through physical and digital channels
  • Supporting with the recruitment and development of volunteers
  • Achieving expectations within campaign activities
  • Working with the manager to generate stock

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Supervisory experience
  • Commercially driven to encourage new ideas
  • Inclusive approach to developing teams
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the highest retail standards
