Assistant Store Manager

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in store management? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving high retail standards? We're seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Leith, Edinburgh.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
- Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
- Contribute towards the success of the store by ensuring high standards of customer service, achieving targets, and maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising.
- Maximise sales through physical and digital channels, and support with the recruitment and development of volunteers.
- Work with the manager to generate stock and achieve expectations within campaign activities.
- Experience in a customer-facing role and supervisory experience.
- Commercially driven to encourage new ideas and an inclusive approach to developing teams.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving high retail standards.
- Results-driven but with a recognition of the right result, right way.
