Store Manager Job Description

As a Store Manager at KPI Recruiting Ltd, you will be responsible for driving the store's success by focusing on profitability and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will lead, motivate, and inspire your team of consultants and Assistant Managers to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Team Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between Senior Managers, Head Office, and your team to ensure smooth communication and alignment with company objectives.
  • Performance Management: Develop strategies and local initiatives to enhance store performance and contribute to company-wide goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain high operational standards, manage budgets, and minimize shrinkage.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure products are beautifully displayed, correctly coded, and priced to maximize customer appeal.
  • Stock Management: Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure a strong commercial focus that aligns with company procedures.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously learn and share product expertise with your team to ensure they are well-informed to assist customers.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use data analysis to plan, forecast sales, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Staff Management: Oversee recruitment, training, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions to build a high-performing team.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure full compliance with security protocols and health and safety legislation to provide a safe and secure working environment.
