About the Role

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging store environment that meets the needs of our customers. You'll be the driving force behind our store's success, leading a team of baristas and sales assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas and sales assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the wider Costa Coffee team to share best practices and drive business growth

About You

We're looking for a talented and ambitious individual who is passionate about coffee and people. You'll have a proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a strong commercial acumen and ability to think strategically. You'll be a natural communicator and team player, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
