Job Description

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a graduate to work as a SEN Teaching Assistant at a specialist school in Oxford. The school caters to children with Social and Emotional Mental Health Needs, requiring consistent support to ensure the highest quality of care and child-centred attention.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology, although other subjects will be considered. Graduates with relevant experience will also be evaluated.

The successful applicant will be working alongside trained therapists, counsellors, and psychologists, providing valuable support to children aged 4-11 with complex needs.
