The role offers the chance to develop both yourself and the wider team, with a global impact across the business. You will be working closely with our experienced Senior Risks Manager and managing the Professional Risks Associate.

This flexible role allows you to work on an agile basis from any of our offices across England. The successful candidate will be required to advise on responses to claims and related issues such as conflicts of interest.

Key responsibilities include notifying claims and claim circumstances to insurers and liaising with insurers, managing claims, including complex claims with guidance from the Senior Professional Risks Manager.

Other key duties include undertaking root cause analysis, supporting discussions with teams on improving working practices to minimise the risk of claims, and supervising other team members.
