Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions.
- Process orders, invoices, quotes, returns, and claims with precision and attention to detail.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer issues, determining root causes, and selecting the best solutions.
- Review customer self-help portals and suggest new content or amendments to the relevant team.
- Liaise with other departments as needed to manage day-to-day business processes.
- Suggest amendments to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Maintain knowledge of department policies, processes, procedures, and systems used.
- Provide support to team members and actively participate in meetings.
- Suggest improvement ideas and assist with their implementation.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer contacts and workflow in line with SOP.
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to acquire technical and system knowledge.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Experience working to KPIs/SLAs.
- Good standard of education, including English and Maths.
- Experience with CRM systems is ideal.
