We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our team at MCR Property Group in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of creating enduring value in the property market.

MCR Property Group is a leading independent real estate investment and development company with a strong UK presence. Our primary focus lies in developing new residential and industrial projects and managing a diverse portfolio, which includes around 5,000 residential plots and commercial/industrial assets exceeding £2 billion in value.

We are entering an exhilarating phase of growth and are looking for bright, personable, and self-driven individuals who have a genuine passion for real estate. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our Commercial Finance Team by performing financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, and reporting to identify trends, benchmarking, and to increase financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform financial analysis and modelling to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Support cost-analysis of both landlord and service charge expenditure
  • Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts
  • Effectively present findings and recommendations to the Commercial Finance Team
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting in support of business initiatives and performance
  • Aid in budgeting and expenditure planning processes

Requirements

  • CIMA, ACCA - Qualified or part qualified
  • Experience in the property industry with knowledge of service charge, lettings, financing and stat accounts preferred but not essential
