About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Ganymede Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our colleagues, sub-contractors, clients, and the wider public during the delivery of our rail projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective health and safety management systems across our rail projects
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and produce reports to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Foster positive relationships with project delivery teams to promote procedural and behavioural safety
- Review and update policies, procedures, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure safe systems of work exist, are practiced, and owned by the whole organisation

Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Health and Safety professional with prior experience in the rail sector. You must be familiar with the complexities and requirements for effective health and safety management delivering projects in an operational railway environment.
This is a mobile role, requiring flexibility to travel to sites around the UK.
