About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Director to join our team and be responsible for overseeing the growth of the business and driving current client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the CEO and MD to ensure the team is delivering
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving growth
  • Attending networking events and dinners to engage with potential clients
  • Collaborating with the Operations Director to reduce costs and increase bottom-line returns
  • Working across both sides of the business - warehouse and studio
