Care Director Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Care Director Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a luxury nursing home setting, focusing on delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our residents. They will also maintain CQC standards and ensure a high-quality of care, working closely with residential and nursing care teams.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance, as well as proven experience in a nursing home, particularly with dementia care. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave.
