First Military Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Repairs Administrator to join our client's team in a property maintenance and installation organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the mechanical arm, which specializes in servicing, repairing, and installing gas central heating and hot water services to local authority and Housing Association landlords.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtaining, verifying, and confirming customer information through incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Resolving customer queries and problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Raising notes on the internal company IT system for use by office and field-based personnel.
  • Escalating or passing through calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Performing other administrative duties as reasonably requested by department heads.

Requirements:

  • Administrator experience, preferably in a multi-sited company.
  • Experience of working in high-volume, high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
