About the Role
As a Regional Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester, you will lead and support the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in four of our care homes. You will work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to continually improve standards and implement key actions to address any issues that arise.

Your Responsibilities
Reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home every month, you will analyse the results and identify practical strategies to ensure all regulations are met. You will also support the performance of each home, ensuring it performs to the highest clinical standards.

About You
To join us as a Regional Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester, you will need to be a Registered Nurse RN (General) with a current NMC registration. You must also provide evidence of continued professional development and have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements.
