Job Specification:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant with Ribbons & Reeves, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, assisting teachers in the classroom and developing your skills in supporting learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, providing support to students with varying needs
  • Develop and implement lesson plans, working closely with teachers to ensure a high-quality learning experience
  • Provide one-to-one support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:
  • At least a 2:1 degree from a Russell Group University
  • Resilience and enthusiasm, with a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact
  • Aspirations to learn from highly skilled, experienced colleagues, with the potential to progress further in the Education Sector
