About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Consultant to join our team at Harrods. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and building strong relationships with customers to drive sales and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized customer service, answering questions and offering product recommendations to customers.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our beauty products, including fragrances, makeup, and skincare.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product launches, providing expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for beauty, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and launches.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with a willingness to support colleagues to achieve business goals.
