About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Makeup Artist to join our team at Harrods in Edinburgh. As a key member of our beauty team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and building strong relationships with our customers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized customer service, answering questions and offering product recommendations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our cosmetics products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product launches to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for beauty and excellent communication skills. As a Makeup Artist at Harrods, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working with a range of high-end cosmetics brands and products.
