About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a No7 Advisor at Boots. As a No7 Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and personalized beauty consultations to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Strong Relationships with Customers: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations on No7 beauty products.
  • Provide Expert Beauty Consultations: Offer skincare and make-up advice, and provide demonstrations on the latest beauty trends.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets by promoting No7 products and services to customers.
  • Complete Skin School Development Programme: Participate in our award-winning 12-month development programme to enhance your knowledge and skills in skincare and make-up.
  • Share Knowledge with Colleagues: Share your expertise with your team members to create a supportive and collaborative working environment.
  • Maintain a Beautifully Presented Counter: Ensure your counter is always well-organized and visually appealing, showcasing the range of No7 skincare and beauty products.
