Job Summary

The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a highly qualified Tenure-Track Assistant Professor to join our team in the field of Management. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for teaching a range of courses, conducting research, and providing service to the department, school, and university.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach a variety of courses in Management, including undergraduate and graduate-level classes.
  • Conduct research in Management and publish scholarly articles in reputable journals.
  • Provide service to the department, school, and university, including committee work, advising students, and participating in departmental and university-wide initiatives.
  • Support the school's commitment to maintaining accreditation from AACSB International.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Management or a related field from an AACSB-accredited institution.
  • Considerable research and teaching experience in Management.
  • Ability to teach a business field in addition to Management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, personal integrity, and a demonstrated commitment to diversity.
