  4. Collect, analyse, and interpret governance data, including regulatory inspections, audits, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a quality assurance, governance, or compliance role, preferably within the care sector with knowledge of working with regulatory frameworks (e.g. CQC, CIW etc.).
  • Experience in data analysis, policy development, and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights for continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable reports.
