Our Central Portfolio Office is responsible for driving the success of our capital portfolio and ensuring effective governance throughout the Trust. As a Governance and Assurance Director, you will play a critical role in maintaining the Trust's capital portfolio governance and approvals process, ensuring seamless integration with other teams. Your expertise in programme management methodologies and techniques will enable you to effectively lead and coordinate projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Additionally, your knowledge of risk management and issue resolution will be invaluable in navigating challenging situations.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Trust's capital portfolio governance and approvals process, ensuring seamless integration with other teams
- Develop and implement effective strategies for improving governance processes, leveraging your analytical skills and industry expertise
- Collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to drive key decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-profile projects, leveraging your leadership skills and ability to motivate others

Requirements:

Salary:
£72,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience
