**Hours:** 37 hours per week

**Pay Rate:** £12.73 per hour

**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tenancy Management and Enforcement Team Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of tenancy management services, ensuring that these services are delivered within the Council's framework of quality standards, performance targets, budgetary control, and legislative requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team to deliver an effective and efficient tenancy management and enforcement service to Dacorum Council's tenants, adhering to the Council's and Housing Services standards, targets, and procedures.
  • Ensure all incoming mail is distributed to the appropriate officers or departments accordingly.
  • Respond to enquiries and complaints from tenants, staff, and other customers and provide appropriate information and advice.
  • Arrange payments using ePCS and process purchase orders and payment requisitions using our associated systems.
  • Attend meetings associated with the service as required and take accurate minutes and ensure these are distributed in a timely manner.
  • Support the Tenancy Management and Enforcement Officers in carrying out a number of key tenancy enforcement duties in line with relevant legislation, through collaborative working.
  • Maintain, install, and periodically test the sound monitoring equipment.
  • Ensure tenancy records are accurate and comprehensively maintained and processed in line with GDPR legislation and the Council's data retention policy.
  • Support the Tenancy Management and Enforcement Team Leader and Lead Officers in respect of service delivery, key performance indicators, and targets.

**Requirements:

  • Good standard of general education, with qualifications at GCSE level A-C or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
  • High level of IT literacy, including the full range of Microsoft Office applications, and an ability to learn other new systems.
  • One year's experience working in a front-line customer-facing role.
  • One year's experience in housing management with a Local Authority Housing Department or Housing Association.
  • Available to work outside of normal office hours.
  • Satisfactory check with the Disclosure and Barring service.
