E-learning Content Specialist

We're seeking an experienced E-learning Content Developer to join our Learning and Enablement team at MHR.
About the Role:
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality e-learning content to support our customers' training needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Work closely with our Professional Services team to ensure seamless integration of training content with our product solutions.
- Utilize multimedia tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to create interactive and immersive learning experiences.
- Analyze and evaluate output to identify areas for improvement and optimize content delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in creating e-learning content, including video, presentations, and interactive modules.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging training content.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
