Business Development Manager Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the recruitment sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the recruitment sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the recruitment industry, including HR managers, hiring managers, and C-suite executives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to attract new clients
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends, and incorporate them into our business strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
