Healthcare Claims Examiner Position

About the Job:

This role involves managing caseloads, conducting comprehensive assessments, and providing personalized services to individuals claiming government benefits. As a Healthcare Claims Examiner, you will work in a dynamic environment, leveraging your expertise to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone calls, and paper-based reports for claimants.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of various health conditions and disabilities, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments.
  3. Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless case management and excellent customer service.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.
  • A recognized Nursing qualification, Mental Health Nursing qualification, Occupational Therapy qualification, Physiotherapy qualification, or Paramedic qualification.
