Nurse Assessor Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of claimants' health conditions and disabilities, utilizing their clinical expertise to provide accurate and unbiased evaluations. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple caseloads and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including face-to-face and virtual evaluations, telephone interviews, and paper-based reports (PBR).
- Analyze and interpret data, identifying key factors influencing claimants' health and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic qualification.
- Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.

- Salary range: £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, potentially rising to £45,000 with performance bonuses and additional training.
