Brain Injury Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Brain Injury Support Professional to provide high-quality support to a client in Southport, Lancashire.
The ideal candidate will have experience in brain injury support and be able to assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility, as well as administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the client's unique needs.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to the client, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:
Monday (either 5pm – 8pm or 6pm – 9pm)
Alternate Saturdays 10am – 4pm
Flexibility to pick up other shifts as and when needed
Pay Rate: £16.22 per hour
Training & Background Checks:
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
