  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, collaborative client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Cost Monitoring: Track project delivery against costs and handle monthly applications for client approval.
Requirements:
  • Extensive Contracts Management Experience: Proven track record in leading contracts to successful outcomes.
  • Commercial Expertise: Ability to manage contract finances effectively, driving profitability and meeting targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional people management, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage teams to high performance.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to liaise confidently with clients and staff at all levels.
  • Organisational Prowess: Excellent planning and organisational skills, ensuring smooth and efficient contract operations.
  • Industry Knowledge: While experience in the Drainage, Utilities, Highways, or Civil Engineering sectors is desirable, it is not essential.
  • IT Proficiency: Competent in using software tools, particularly Excel.
  • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.
