Client Relationships
You will build and maintain strong, collaborative client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. This will involve communicating effectively with clients and staff at all levels, and driving contract success through strong leadership skills.
Key Requirements
Extensive Contracts Management Experience: We are looking for a proven track record in leading contracts to successful outcomes. Commercial Expertise: You will need to be able to manage contract finances effectively, driving profitability and meeting targets. Leadership Skills: Exceptional people management, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage teams to high performance. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to liaise confidently with clients and staff at all levels. Organisational Prowess: Excellent planning and organisational skills, ensuring smooth and efficient contract operations. Industry Knowledge: While experience in the Drainage, Utilities, Highways, or Civil Engineering sectors is desirable, it is not essential. IT Proficiency: Competent in using software tools, particularly Excel. Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.
