Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to support our Elvetham office team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our Arboriculture, Projects and Harvesting Managers on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintain area OneDrive, databases, and spreadsheets to ensure accurate data entry and efficient file management.
- Attend weekly planning meetings to stay up-to-date on ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Filing of papers and contract documentation, photocopying, and distribution of documents as required.
- Organize incoming/outgoing mail for the office and ensure smooth communication with external parties.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and provide support to the accounts team as needed.
- Greet visitors to the office, sign them in, and provide hospitality.
- Ensure the office is fully stocked with stationery.
- Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
