Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Host to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Stoke. As a key member of our F&B team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcome and valued.
- Be knowledgeable about our promotions and products, making recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Offer a friendly, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages, exceeding customer expectations.
- Contribute to achieving daily and weekly targets, working collaboratively with the team.
- Display a positive and enthusiastic attitude, responding promptly to customer requests.
- Replenish stocks to ensure products are always available to customers.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a hospitality role, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
