Role Overview

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's food and beverage department. This will involve assisting and serving guests, providing training to team members, and ensuring that key performance indicators are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and serve guests in a proactive and flexible manner
  • Provide training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure that key performance indicators are met, including customer satisfaction and sales targets
  • Assist with ordering and inventory management to ensure that the department has the necessary resources to operate effectively

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
