Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement energy management strategies to reduce energy consumption and costs.
- Oversee the accurate and timely rebilling of tenants, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement energy reduction action plans, focusing on utility cost, consumption, and carbon reduction.
- Lead on energy infrastructure projects, including the development and delivery of action plans, plant surveys, and design specifications.
- Manage and oversee the Combined Heat and Power plant, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
- Develop and implement energy management systems, strategies, and policies within the organization.
- Engage with staff on people-focused energy reduction initiatives, promoting a culture of sustainability.

Requirements- Degree in Engineering, Science, or Energy-related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Post-graduate level knowledge in energy management or a related field.
- Significant experience in energy management, with a strong understanding of building services and centralised plant.
- Experience of managing energy legislative programs, including UK ETS and EPBR.
- Development and implementation of energy management systems, strategies, and policies.
- Experience of utility contracts, tariff negotiation, and budget setting/management.
- Good understanding of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Guidance and Standards.
