About the Role

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Energy Manager to join our dedicated team. As the Energy Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day energy management of our utilities, with a focus on utility cost, consumption, carbon reduction, and recharging our tenants.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement energy policies and energy reduction action plans
  • Oversee accurate and timely rebilling of tenants
  • Lead on energy infrastructure projects
  • Implement Energy Management System (EnMS)
  • Energy and water efficiency audits
  • Utilities procurement
  • Regulatory schemes
  • Utility reporting and budget forecasting
  • Metering strategy for data granularity
  • Engagement with staff on people-focused energy reduction initiatives
