Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programmatic professional to join our team as a Programmatic Lead at Darchi Digital Recruitment. As a Programmatic Lead, you will own and manage the relationship of one of our largest accounts while managing a small team of Programmatic Executives/Traders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client-Facing: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by leading weekly/monthly calls and providing strategic recommendations and insights to achieve objectives and desired results.
- Growth Plans and Campaign Strategies: Develop and implement growth plans and campaign strategies to drive revenue growth and meet client KPIs.
- Team Management: Oversee a team of Programmatic Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of client campaigns.
- Quality Assurance: Manage the QA process, troubleshooting, and budget reallocation to meet client KPIs.
- Quarterly Business Reviews: Lead QBR meetings to review campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for future growth.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Programmatic professional with a strong background in digital media and advertising. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience as a Programmatic Trader/Programmatic Account Manager either within a digital media agency or client-side.
- In-depth knowledge of one or more DSP technologies.
- Advanced optimization techniques to deliver against standard programmatic KPIs for client satisfaction and budget growth.
- Solid reporting and analytical skills.
- A passion for everything media and advertising.
