Diagonal recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Programmatic Trader to join our award-winning trading team. Our client is a well-funded and fast-scaling startup with a market-leading programmatic full-stack solution.

The Role

You will be responsible for driving performance against client goals and KPIs, devising strategy, and partnering with AdTech vendors. Your expertise in trading DSP campaigns is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trading experience on DSPs (Xandr and/or DV360 is ideal)
  • Ability to setup and oversee campaigns across multiple channels
  • Develop optimal bidding strategies and make relevant optimisations
  • Experience of ad-serving technologies such as GAM, Flashtalking, DCM, Sizmek
  • Knowledge of 1st party and 3rd party data strategy and able to leverage the power of both
  • Excel skills to manage reporting using a variety of pivot, lookup and custom formulas
  • A natural communicator; able to liaise effectively with agency side as well as Ad Ops teams
