Job Title: Senior Programmatic Trader / Senior Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programmatic Trader / Senior Campaign Manager to join our award-winning trading team at Diagonal Recruitment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for driving performance against client goals and KPIs, with a focus on trading and campaign management. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-funded and fast-scaling startup, leveraging their market-leading programmatic full-stack solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trading experience on DSPs (Xandr and/or DV360 is ideal)
  • Setup and oversee campaigns across multiple channels
  • Develop optimal bidding strategies and make relevant optimisations
  • Experience of ad-serving technologies such as GAM, Flashtalking, DCM, Sizmek
  • Knowledge of 1st party and 3rd party data strategy and able to leverage the power of both
  • Excel skills to manage reporting using a variety of pivot, lookup and custom formulas
  • A natural communicator; able to liaise effectively with agency side as well as Ad Ops teams
