Role Overview

The Influencer Executive will be responsible for driving the influencer marketing strategy in the Netherlands, working closely with the Regional Influence Manager.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the influencer marketing plan in the Netherlands.
  • Monitor and report on influencer performance, ensuring timely and accurate data is provided.
  • Manage the influencer program in the Netherlands, ensuring links, offers, and reporting are up-to-date.
  • Identify and recruit new influencer talent to enhance the global program.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute influencer campaigns targeting the Dutch market.
  • Foster collaboration between Netherlands influencers across brands and marketing channels.
  • Support the events, content, and product teams to maximise current influencer partnerships, focusing on Dutch influencers.

Requirements

  • Degree-qualified (preferred) with 1+ year experience in marketing (preferred).
  • Fluency in Dutch.
  • Understanding of influencers' role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation, and driving commercial value.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging Dutch social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the Dutch fitness industry and social media trends.
