Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a wide range of services to meet the needs of our diverse customer base, including administrative and customer service functions.
• Process payments and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks, meeting performance targets and deadlines.
• Utilize technology systems to provide high-quality advice and support to customers, ensuring rapid and appropriate responses to complex enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and produce statistics as required, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in complex customer service delivery, either face-to-face or over the telephone, in a service provider environment or public sector setting.
• Strong IT and telephony skills, with experience using administrative procedures in a customer-focused organization.
• General Education or equivalent, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer service principles.
Working Arrangements:
• 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
• Enhanced level DBS clearance required, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
