Requirements:

• Proven experience in complex customer service delivery, either face-to-face or over the telephone, in a service provider environment or public sector setting.

• Strong IT and telephony skills, with experience using administrative procedures in a customer-focused organization.

• General Education or equivalent, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer service principles.

Working Arrangements:

• 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.

• Enhanced level DBS clearance required, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
