Sales Team Supervisor Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated sales team supervisor to join our Burberry team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team to achieve sales goals and drive sales growth. As a sales team supervisor, you will work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, manage customer flow, and coach sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
- Manage customer flow to ensure excellent service and no client is left unattended.
- Cook and provide regular feedback to sales associates to improve their selling skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
Salary and Benefits:
A competitive salary of $60,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth. Estimated salary: $67,500.
