Role Overview
The Sales Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving sales performance and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently met. As an extension of store management, this leader will set the tone for a positive client-centric environment, fostering a collaborative workspace that supports talent and creativity.

This role requires a seasoned professional with prior experience in a client-centric sales environment, preferably in contemporary or luxury retail. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, product knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate brand philosophy and lifestyle.

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for meeting store and metric goals, demonstrating best-in-class customer service techniques, and supporting senior management with delivery of product information to staff. This role also involves partnering with the Visual Merchandising team on floor sets and window changes, maintaining knowledge of company policies and procedures, and accurately processing Point of Sale transactions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including clothing allowance, generous employee discount, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits, and paid parental leave.
