About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Deloitte - Recruitment as a Senior Business Implementation Manager VP Financial Crime, where you will play a key role in driving business transformation and process improvement in the financial crime domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end process improvements, with a focus on financial crime and KYC, to drive business benefits and cost savings.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across Corporate Banking, Financial Crime, KYC Operations, and the wider Group to identify and prioritize business improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems, using indepth analysis and interpretative thinking.
  • Manage and influence key stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective governance, control, and risk management.
  • Provide line management support to members of the Business Implementation team, helping them to build their knowledge and confidence in managing implementation projects.
Requirements
  • Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to quickly break down complex problems and produce inventive solutions.
  • Good understanding of project management lifecycle, with experience in managing a project end-to-end an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to communicate at a senior level and influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, with multiple work streams and priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to assimilate multiple levels of data and information.
Desirable Skills
  • Strong and proven ability to flex their style to meet the needs and expectations of different stakeholders and cultures within the organization.
  • Ability to operate, communicate, challenge, and influence from peer to senior leadership level (MD and above) via strong presentation and communication skills.
